A Chef’s Island

A Canadian Fusion of Island Fare

An evening showcasing all things farmed fished and foraged on Canada's Food Island. Exquisitely prepared by a team of the best chefs on Prince Edward Island, and hosted by Chef Michael Smith.

The evening will consist of three incredibly crafted Acts, coming together to create a delicious performance that will make your taste buds dance.

Act I: Act I features live action stations manned by some of the Island's top working chefs. Prepare your palate for Island lobster, cheese, mushrooms, pork, mussels, halibut, charcuterie, vegetables and more!

Act II: A three-course meal beautifully crafted and created by chefs who aim to please. Each course is professionally paired with an exquisite wine. Our meal will feature Certified Island Beef as the main attraction.

Act III: No performance is complete without music, and the Love Junkies will not disappoint. Bring your dancing shoes, because we are bringing Fall Flavours 2017 to a close in style.
