ARTS & CULTURE
Spend time admiring the stunning artwork adorning the walls (on three levels!) of the Confederation Centre’s National Art Gallery. In the summer months, their Outdoor Ampitheatre comes alive every noon-hour with family-focused productions. Summer 2024’s line-up includes a regular performance by the Mi’kmaq Heritage Actors that shares the history of the Mi’kmaq people through stories, songs, and beautiful traditional dance and Island Steps, a high-energy dance show that explores the fusion of Caribbean dance and traditional island step.

SWIMMING LOVERS
At the west end of Victoria Park, you’ll find a public pool, splash pad, and an accessible playground with 9,000 square feet of fun. They’ll also enjoy exploring the park’s nearby woods and trails. Rainy days call for a visit to the Bell Aliant Centre, which features a large swimming pool, a leisure pool, hot tub, giant water slide, diving boards, and more. And, of course, the supervised beaches within the PEI National Park are never more than a short drive away!

RISE & CLIMB ADVENTURES
Crank up the outdoor fun at the Rise & Climb Adventure Park. If climbing, zip-lining, and playing laser tag sounds like a good time to your family, be sure to head to the nearby town of Cornwall and let the monkeying around begin!
