Back by popular demand, the IslandStilt Alliance will have their larger-than-life stilt walkers dressed in festive costumes out walking along the block of Queen Street from Grafton to Sydney, as well as along Victoria Row. In case of wind, rain or heavy snow, they will be inside at the Confederation Court Mall. Spot them throughout the Charlottetown Christmas Festival.
