Ice City is pleased to present this signature event to bring artisans, food vendors, and crafters from across Prince Edward Island (safely) together to celebrate the magic of winter while being protected from the elements at the Confederation Court Mall.
We are hoping for over 150 vendors! Shop your way through multiple levels of local goods.
