Taking place Taking place October 7th – 23rd, 2022, the third annual Charlottetown Scarecrow Festival will take over the downtown core of Prince Edward Island’s seaside city. The streets, shops, and other public spaces of downtown Charlottetown will be DECKED with hundreds of artisan scarecrow installations. Meanwhile, our tasty restaurants, entertainment venues, and adorable boutiques will offer a little something for everyone—from spooky movies and Victorian-Era Séances to live music and oracle card readings. Check back often as more events get added to the schedule below.

Are you a planner? Book your seat, tour, or table in advance to avoid disappointment. More of a last-minute warrior? Walk-ins are welcome (at most places)! Please also note that some events are free, but many require paid entry in advance or upon arrival.
