Slaymaker & Nichols Gastro House is a 45 seat Restaurant and Inn located in the heart of Charlottetown. Simple, fresh, and local ingredients are used to create our menu which features smaller plates packed with flavour and designed for sharing. The vibe is upbeat, the atmosphere is stylish and the feel is trendy, cozy and casual. The property also features a boutique three bedroom Inn. Both the Inn and Gastro Pub are a bit of a throwback to a simper time with all the modern comforts, a place to gather, have old fashioned cocktails, great wine and share fresh, locally source food.
