About Emily Spencer
A member of Swan River First Nation, Emily Spencer’s creative journey began with vintage jewelry at 18. In 2020, she delved into beaded jewelry, inspired by her travels to Indigenous communities across Canada as part of her work with the Mi’kmaq Family Resource Centre. Emily’s self-taught talent led to an array of unique accessories, drawing from nature and her Cree culture. She’s committed to sourcing materials from Indigenous businesses, building connections, and sharing her heritage with her children and community through her craft.
Join us on October 12th, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM, to craft your own beaded earrings under Emily’s guidance.
Tickets are $50 each, with only ten spots available. Reserve your spot today and embrace the artistry of Emily Spencer!
