On May 1st, 2019 Hojo’s Japanese Cuisine opened its door to the public and became Charlottetown’s only authentic Japanese cuisine restaurant.
Hojo’s offers everything from the humble gyoza and karaage, ramen dishes which words cannot properly describe, to the finest sushi and sashimi to be found anywhere. It is a taste of Japan here on Prince Edward Island.
