Oh Hey PEI was founded by two sisters with an unbridled love for the Island and creative talents to match. Kim Roach, a well-known Island designer and owner of Sappy Happy Mail joined forces with her sister, Rachel Peters, a renowned photographer, and together they dreamed up and launched our flagship boutique.
