Truckin’ Roll Ice Cream began in 2018 as a single food truck serving unique rolled ice cream. While the truck is still popular in the summer season, Amelia’s is the year-round store front location for what has become PEI’s favourite ice cream experience.
Amelia’s is committed to using fresh local ingredients and supports many PEI farms and producers. The experience of watching your ice cream being beautifully crafted to order is almost as much fun as trying it for the first time. Most flavours are available in PEI dairy or vegan (coconut) options.
Amelia’s also produces mini take home jars, ice cream sandwiches and fresh squeezed lemonades in flavours such as rhubarb, strawberry and blueberry/ginger depending on the season.
