Infrared Fitness is a state of the art yoga and training facility in downtown Charlottetown that provides the unique benefits of infrared heating systems. The 7000 square foot facility is also the home of Eli Sports athletic training center and PEI’s destination for lululemon athletic apparel and accessories. The facility features 25 ft ceilings and is located at 99 Pownal Street.
The SaunaRay medical-grade infrared heating system is fine-tuned to the exact frequency that our bodies absorb heat from the sun. Because it is so efficient, you sweat faster and the heat is not oppressive or overwhelming. It is also an Eco-friendly or “green” product because it uses half the electricity. Our studio is fully insulated for maximum energy efficiency with pine walls finished with orange oil and beeswax! This unique space can be used for multiple applications, as the benefits of infrared heat, simply by being in the room, are wide ranging.
