Royalty Crossing

Shopping, Things to Do

670 University Avenue,
Charlottetown, PE

Since 1974, Royalty Crossing – formerly known as Charlottetown Mall – has been Prince Edward Island’s premiere shopping destination, housing a mix of national, regional and local retailers. In June of 2021, the partnership of KillamApartment REIT and local development company Pan American Properties Inc took ownership of this exceptional property and began its transformation – a new name and identity backed by significant upgrades and a new vision to develop and foster a vibrant community.

Royalty Crossing is – and will be more than ever before – where our community comes together. It’s where we go to shop and to work. It’s where we gather to meet and to mingle. It’s where we visit to play and to dine. It’s where the neighbourhoods of our city and the people of our province will converge to do, to discover, and to delight with guests from around the region and beyond.
