If cruising the Charlottetown harbour by boat sounds like bliss you’re in luck, because there are plenty of tours departing from Peake’s Wharf and the Charlottetown Marina. Walk the Walk
Prefer to stay on solid ground? Much of the city’s historic waterfront is now linked by a series of boardwalks that provide the best vistas of the harbour and stunning cityscapes as well. You’ll find that each season has something special to showcase on the harbourfront. Sunset strolls are, of course, highly recommended, along with a stop at the big red 2019 numbers you’ll encounter as you take the boardwalk around the Delta Prince Edward hotel.

You’re never more than twenty minutes from a beach on PEI, and there are several within an easy drive from Charlottetown. From national and provincial park beaches with amenities to public beaches with barely any road signs directing you to their location, your perfect beach day is mere minutes away.
