The weather is getting colder and it’s time to get the pumpkins rolling with a clay pumpkin carving/building workshop with Steph from the Happy Potter! We’ll have specialty pumpkins handmade for you to choose from when you arrive. You’ll receive instruction on how to use carving tools to carve out details or add clay decor to your pumpkin then you’ll get to work! Afterwards you’ll have the opportunity to decorate your clay pumpkin with specialty pottery paints.
Full food and drink menu will be available during the workshop.
Once you’re done with your pumpkin we’ll let it dry and then Happy Potter will fire it in their kiln – the transformation is pretty cool! Once your pumpkin is done in about a week’s time, you’ll pick it up at Hive and Hollow et voila! Your new and most favourite handmade pottery pumpkin.
Ages 12 and up. Various table sizes are available – minimums of 2, 3 and 4 up to 10, and groups must book as a ‘bubble’.
