Stroll ‘The Row’ this October and enjoy free live performances from various artists. Soak up all the fall vibes with the Charlottetown Scarecrow Festival and listen to tunes as you have a drink and a bite to eat on the John Brown or Receiver patio and/or shop at any one of the adorable boutiques along this buzzing pedestrian street.
